When trailing a best-of-7 MLB/NBA/NHL playoff series 1-game-nil, the San Antonio Spurs have a series record of 8-17 and a Game 2 record of 14-11. For the first time since 2004, the road team has won Game 1 of both the NHL Finals and the NBA Finals, with the road-winning Vegas Golden Knights now on a seven-game winning streak and the road-winning New York Knickerbockers now on a twelve-game winning streak in their respective leagues.
