The Denver Nuggets now have a 0-9 best-of-7 NBA playoff series record upon having lost Game 1 of such a series, having fallen below the Chicago Cubs (0-8 upon losing Game 1 of a best-of-7 MLB playoff series) but still better than the Atlanta Hawks (0-16 upon losing Game 1 of a best-of-7 NBA playoff series).
